8. Fees, Charges and Cancellations
Cancellation of your treatment or appointment with SPORTS CLINICAL must be given directly to your Practitioner and in excess of 24 hours of the scheduled time and date agreed. Acceptance of cancellation must be confirmed to you by your Practitioner. Cancellations via SMS (Mobile Text), email or answer machine will not be accepted unless confirmed by your Practitioner. Cancellations within 24 hours of appointments will incur the full charge of any fees for the treatment and time being provided. Any further cost or losses incurred as a result of late or non-receipt of cancellations will also be applied. Late arrival for appointments will incur the full charge for time and treatment cost being provided and only the remaining time of your allotted appointment will be allowed. If appointments are able to be rescheduled within the same week as the original appointment then at the discretion of your Practitioner, your payment maybe transferred rather than loss incurred. Payment must be received in full prior to any treatment, course of treatment, personal or group training and for any course of rehabilitation. or for any chargeable service provided by SPORTS CLINICAL.
 
9. Governing laws and other Jurisdiction
These Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.
